Mike Adams
Chief Executive Officer
Mike joined Osmose in 2022 with more than 30 years of leadership in the energy and professional services industries. He started his career with GE as an international gas turbine field engineer and progressed through various management positions at GE Power, including President and CEO of FieldCore, a GE company providing industrial field service for multiple energy industry sectors. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global Services Delivery for NCR Corporation, where he led more than 13,000 service professionals across 60 countries.
Jeff Cagle
Chief Financial Officer
Jeff has over 30 years of experience in financial leadership roles at companies like First Data Corporation, Clean Harbors Environmental, USIEnergy, AM Conservation Group, and United Subcontractors. Prior to joining Osmose in 2022, he served as CFO at Peak Utility Services Group. He has diverse industry experience in a variety of service-based businesses, many serving the utility industry. Jeff is a high-impact finance and operations professional known for linking people, processes, and systems that drive business operations to improved financial results.
John Rigney
Chief Administrative and Legal Officer
John is responsible for all legal, regulatory, and compliance as Chief Legal Officer, and he also leads contracts, project management, and Canadian operations as Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to joining Osmose in 2014, John spent 10 years as a litigation attorney and four years in the legal department of Lowes Home Improvement. He received his Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law.
Megan Hilley
Chief Human Resources Officer
Megan joined Osmose in 2020, having previously held the position of General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer with PureStar. Before that, she held the role of Vice President of Human Resources with ABM Industries. Megan began her career as an attorney with the law firm King & Spalding after earning her Juris Doctorate from University of Georgia.
Mark Copeland
Chief Strategy, Innovation, and Marketing Officer
Mark joined Osmose in 2020 and leads product and service innovation, research and development, mergers and acquisitions, and marketing. Prior to Osmose, he held executive leadership roles at Diversey, Restaurant Technologies, and Ecolab. Mark's business-to-business marketing and innovation experience is bolstered by a strong background in consumer goods product marketing, having spent 17 years as a leader with S.C. Johnson.
Martina Schoultz
Chief Information Officer
Martina is a strategic, global business leader who brings diverse experience to her technology toolkit. With over 25 years of experience, Martina has held a variety of global and regional IT business partner leadership roles, including IT Director at DS Smith and Head of Corporate Systems at Experian. Most recently, Martina served as the Global CIO at Gilbarco Veeder Root where she was responsible for modernizing core tech stack and advancing digital capabilities to support top line growth. She joined Osmose in 2023 and ensures continued focus on IT initiatives.
Steve Tompkins
Chief Revenue Officer
Steve has more than 20 years of business development experience in the utility and telecommunications industry. He joined Osmose in 2016 and has led the global business development organization since 2022. He previously worked at Alcatel-Lucent as the Community Broadband Sales Director and began his career as a submarine officer in the United States Navy.
Donnie Lander
Senior Vice President of Operations - Wood
Donnie began his career with Osmose in 1984 as a Pole Inspection and Treatment Foreman and was steadily promoted to several positions, including Supervisor, District Manager, Area Manager, General Manager, and Regional Vice President. He currently leads the distribution field services operations team.
Chris Camacho
Senior Vice President of Operations - Technical Services
Chris joined Osmose in 2017 and now leads the delivery and growth of the Technical Services department. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 20 years of experience. He previously worked at Alcatel-Lucent in various leadership positions.
Bill Grunert
Senior Vice President of Operations Excellence
Bill is a seasoned operations and financial leader with a 29-year tenure at General Electric in various roles of increasing responsibility, including CFO of Power Generation Services Global Operations at GE Power and General Manager of Global Resource Operations at FieldCore, a GE company. He joined Osmose in 2023 and is responsible for enabling profitable growth through optimized capacity management, resource allocation, and development of scalable process capability.
Jose Villalba
Vice President of Operations - Steel Services
Jose joined Osmose in 2014 and has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Vice President of Contracts and Vice President of Customer Service. He currently leads the US utility transmission field services operations team, solutions architect team, and structural engineering team. Prior to Osmose, Jose spent 12 years as an engineer and manager at Tindall Corporation.
Adi Srinivasan
Vice President - Underground Services
Adi joined Osmose in 2021 and currently leads our Underground Services business unit. Previously, he served as Vice President of Product Management and Digital Solutions at Osmose. Adi has held several leadership positions at Crown Castle and Siemens, where he successfully launched multiple high-revenue initiatives in power generation, energy sustainability, and infrastructure verticals. He holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College.
Michael Kemp
Vice President, Managing Director - Osmose Australia and New Zealand
Michael joined Osmose in 2023 and is responsible for the operations and growth of Osmose in Australia and New Zealand. He has 14 years of international operations leadership with GE Power and FieldCore, as well as sales leadership experience with GE.
Michael Cappas
Vice President of Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality
Michael has been with Osmose since 2015 and now leads all aspects of safety and quality management programs for field service operations in US, Canada, and Australia. He has a Master of Science in Industrial Hygiene and has 25 years of experience in the chemical and energy industries, including tenures at Chevron, Koch Nitrogen Company, and Georgia-Pacific.
