The Situation

An electric cooperative in the southeast was hit by a once-in-a-lifetime winter ice storm. Osmose worked with the electric utility on other programs but had not worked with them to create a contingency plan if they faced severe weather. After the storm hit, Osmose was the first group called to help get the power back on for impacted members and perform a detailed post-storm inspection.
